TrollStore is a permasigned jailed app that can permanently install any IPA with arbitrary entitlements and root helpers because it trolls Apple.
It works because of an AMFI/CoreTrust bug where iOS doesn't verify whether or not a root certificate is used to sign a binary code by @LinusHenze
